Project Description

The Fadhili gas plant is a Greenfield development to be constructed 30km west of Jubail in Saudi Arabia's eastern province. The gas plant is a notable part of Saudi Arabia's proposed Master Gas System that has been planned to fulfil the increasing energy demand in the country by expanding the kingdom's sales gas capacity from 9.3bcf/d in 2015 to 12.2bcf/d in 2021.

PE-ARISTI works on the complete scope of detail engineering for Accommodation facilities for both contractor and NSH Employee, office facilities and warehouse facilities which including complete design

Plumbing: Sanitary, Potable and Drinking Water Layout with MTO
Electrical: Load Schedule, Overall Lighting, Earthing layout and overall cable Schedule from individual DB to Main Distribution Board.
Fire Fighting system: Fire Hydrant system for above mention facilities with hydraulic calculation and Civil work include all foundation &temporary shelters
Challenge: Saudi Aramco approval for the design document is the biggest challenge

Project Description

MODON is developing Industrial City in Riyadh which involves developing a waste water treatment plant of Capacity 15,000 m3/day using advanced technology of Membrane Bio-Reactor. The process of WWTP is divided in to three Streams each one with 5,000 m3/day, Civil Design is done for entire 15,000 m3/day, but electro mechanical design is for one stream 5000 m3/day. PE-ARISTI works on the complete scope of detail Engineering for WWTP including Mechanical, Piping, Civil & Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire Fighting and HVAC.

Challenge: New advanced technology of Membrane Bio Reactor, Coordinating with Japanese Client from India and Approvals from Saudi Consultants are challenges for PE-ARISTI.
PE-ARISTI Solution: We provided highly experienced Engineering Team to focus and understand on the new technology which will help to implement the needed detail design. We also provided a dedicated coordinating team located closer to client in Saudi Arabia to coordinate on day to day basis and to do the fast track implementation due to the changes from Saudi Consultant.

Project Description

Oman Oil Company Exploration and production (OOCEP) are developing the Abu Tubul gas and associated condensate field in Block-60, located about 100 km west of the existing central Oman gas/condensate producing fields. The Utility Corridor comprises of interconnecting piping between various facilities/buildings and instrumentation cables from various facilities / buildings to the Gas Processing Plant (GPP).

PE-ARISTI worked on the Surge & Stress analysis for Treated, potable, sewage and Fire Water using Pipe net and Caesar II software

Challenge: Optimizing Anchor Blocks in the pipeline and Identifying the Surge pressures for various scenarios in the pipeline are the major challenges.

Project Description

NTPC will build, own and operate Tanda thermal power plant Stage II Unit 5 & 6 of capacity 2 x 660 MW. 4 units of 110 MW power plants exists in the same complex. In addition to power plant, the project includes the construction of a coal washing unit, coal handling plant, a water transmission pipeline, water storage tanks and other infrastructure-related facilities. ABFPL appointed PE-Aristi for providing detail engineering services for piping and supports. PE-Aristi scope involved piping design for 2103 lines, stress analysis for 217 critical lines and support design for 3500 supports. The scope consists of Main Steam System, Feed water System, Condensate System, Hot Re-Heat System Cold Re-Heat System, Turbine Bypass Clean Drain System, Steam Blowing Turbine Extraction, Air Removal System , HP Heater and LP Heater, Closed cooling Water, Auxiliary Cooling Water, Instrument Air, Service Air and Service Water, Sealing Water, Lube oil storage purification

Challenge: Higher Capacity of 2X660 Mw, pipe routing of DN 700 in the Turbine Extraction Line. Analysis and support modeling for the pipe with design Parameter of 601 deg C and 64.2 bar (g).
